Use the product consistently

The clock starts the day your order is delivered (we use the tracking confirmation date). Use the product as directed for a minimum of 70 of the 90 days. Haircare needs consistency to show real change — a single wash isn't a fair test.

Email me before day 90

Send a note to zeeluxee@gmail.com with the subject line "90-Day Refund". Include your order number, the product, and a short paragraph on what you hoped to see vs. what actually happened.

Get refunded. Keep the bottle.

Once I've reviewed your note (usually within 48 hours), your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. No return shipping. No restocking fee. The bottle stays with you.


What I'll ask you for

A little proof — kept human.

I trust my customers. I'm not going to make you fill out a form or jump through hoops. But because this promise costs my small business real money, I do need to see that you gave the product a fair shot. Here's what counts as "fair":

  • A photo of your hair from around when you started — even a screenshot of an old selfie works. If you don't have one, that's okay; just send a recent photo and tell me your start point.
  • A photo of your hair now — same lighting, same angle if possible. This isn't a beauty shot. It's a comparison.
  • A few sentences about how you used the product — how often, the routine you followed, anything you noticed (or didn't). Honesty over polish. I read every single one.

That's it. No journals, no medical reports, no return label hunt. Just enough for me to learn what didn't work, so I can either reformulate or refund — sometimes both.

Fair on both sides.

I want this guarantee to feel safe for you and survivable for me. Here are the limits I've put in place — they're the same limits I'd want if I were on your side.

One refund per customer, per product.

You're welcome to try the Serum and refund it, then try the Leave-in and refund that too — but you can't refund the same product twice. This stops serial refunders, not honest customers.

The 90 days start from delivery, not from order.

We use the tracking confirmation date, which gives you the full window you paid for — not a clock that started while your parcel was still in the post.

Subscriptions: first order only.

The guarantee covers your first delivery in a subscription. Renewal orders are governed by our standard cancellation policy — pause or cancel anytime in one click, no questions asked.

Bundles refund as a whole.

If you bought the Deluxe Growth Package and one product didn't work for you, the refund applies to the bundle in full. Bundles are discounted as a set — they can't be unbundled at refund time.

Accessories aren't covered by this policy.

The Silk Bonnet, Scalp Massager, and Oil Applicator are physical accessories, not performance products — so this guarantee doesn't apply to them. They are covered by your standard 14-day right to cancel under UK law (see below) if they arrive unused.

Free gifts and samples don't qualify.

If a free gift or sample was included with your order, the refund applies to the products you paid for — not the free additions.

Damaged, missing, or wrong items: separate.

If your order arrived broken or incomplete, that's not a guarantee claim — that's a replacement claim. Email me within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it immediately, no questions asked. The 90-day guarantee is for "I used it and it didn't work for my hair," not "it didn't arrive properly."

Allergic reactions: handled differently.

If you've had a reaction to a product, please stop using it immediately and email me with photos within 48 hours. We'll refund without needing the 30-day use window, and I may ask which ingredients you've reacted to in the past so we can flag it on our side too. Full ingredient lists are on every product page.

Refunds go to the original payment method.

Whichever card or wallet you paid with is where the refund lands. We don't issue store credit instead of refund unless you specifically ask for it (and if you do, we'll add a 10% bonus to the credit as a thank-you).

This isn't a free trial. It's a results guarantee.

I'm not offering refunds for "I changed my mind," "I didn't read the ingredients," or "I forgot I ordered." Those are standard returns under your statutory 14-day right (below). The 90-day guarantee specifically covers products that didn't perform on your hair after fair use.


Your statutory rights

Nothing here affects what UK law gives you.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any online order within 14 days of delivery for any reason — even if you've changed your mind — provided the product is unopened and unused. To exercise that right, email us at zeeluxee@gmail.com.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement — separate from any voluntary guarantee like this one.

Our 90-day guarantee is offered in addition to these legal rights, not instead of them. If you're unsure which applies to your situation, just email me — I'll always work with whichever option is more generous to you.
