At Zeeluxe, we believe trust is something a brand earns over time, and reviews are one of the most honest ways our customers help us earn it. This page explains exactly how we handle reviews, so that anything you read about us reflects the truth of someone's real experience.
We do not incentivise reviews
We never offer discounts, free products, gifts, entries into prize draws, or any other incentive in exchange for a review. If a customer has shared their experience of Zeeluxe, they have done so because they chose to, not because we paid them or rewarded them. We believe honest reviews are the only kind worth having.
We do not write or commission reviews
Every review you see on our website, on our Trustpilot profile, and across our social media is written by a real Zeeluxe customer. We do not write fake reviews. We do not ask friends or family to write reviews. We do not pay third parties to write reviews on our behalf. Every word you read is genuinely someone else's.
We do not hide negative feedback
Negative reviews stay up. We do not delete them, hide them, or bury them. We believe a small business is built on honesty, and that includes letting customers tell the truth about us, even when it is hard to hear. The only reviews we ever ask to be removed are ones that are clearly fake, that describe a different business, that contain abusive content, or that violate the review platform's own guidelines, and even then, we go through the proper reporting channels.
We reply to every review
Every review, whether it is glowing or critical, receives a public response from us within two working days. If your experience with Zeeluxe was not what it should have been, we want to hear about it, address it openly, and put it right wherever we can.
We verify reviewers where we are able to
On platforms that support it, we link reviews to verified purchase records, so you can trust that the reviews you see come from real customers. If you ever have a question about whether a review is authentic, please write to us and we will look into it.

You can leave a review on our product pages, or on our Trustpilot profile at uk.trustpilot.com/review/zeeluxe.co.uk. We welcome honest feedback of every kind. Praise helps us keep going. Criticism helps us grow. We are grateful for both.
