At Zeeluxe, we aim to give you a reliable and efficient delivery experience. This policy explains how we handle the shipping and delivery of your orders, and what happens if something goes wrong along the way.

Processing time

Zeeluxe is a handmade business run by one person, so please allow a little time for your order to be made and packed with care. We usually dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. The delivery estimates below begin after this processing time. We will always dispatch within 30 days of your order, and almost always much sooner.

Shipping rates and delivery times

All orders are sent via Royal Mail with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been dispatched.

Free UK delivery over £35 and Free International delivery over £70

US orders have a 4-business-day processing time before dispatch.

Order tracking and notifications

You'll receive emails when your order is placed, when it's shipped (your tracking number is included at this stage), and when it's delivered. These are sent automatically — if you don't receive them, please check that the correct email address was entered at checkout.

Shipping carrier

All orders are sent with Royal Mail (International Tracked for orders outside the UK), so your parcel is trackable from dispatch to delivery.

International orders: customs and import duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your own country's customs authority. These charges are set by the destination country, are outside our control, and are the customer's responsibility. Please check your local import rules before ordering so there are no surprises on arrival.

Delivery times are estimates

The delivery times above are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally there may be delays outside our direct control — for example due to weather, customs processing, or carrier disruption. We will always do our best to keep things moving and to keep you informed.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged

Your contract is with us, not the courier — so if something goes wrong with delivery, please contact us at info@zeeluxe.co.uk and we'll put it right. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.

• Not arrived: if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, get in touch and we'll investigate with the carrier. If it can't be located, we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

• Marked as delivered but not received: contact us and we'll look into it, including checking any proof of delivery.

• Arrives damaged: please contact us with a photo as soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement or refund (see our Refund Policy).

• Doesn't arrive within 30 days: if we have not delivered within 30 days of your order (or another timeframe we have agreed with you), you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.
